What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for any unopened, unused products. Simply contact us, and we’ll guide you through a quick return process. We want you to be happy with your purchase, naturally.

Due to the nature of fresh organic produce, we cannot accept returns on perishable goods. However, if your order arrives damaged or spoiled, reach out to us within 48 hours for a replacement or credit.

If you received a wrong or damaged item, let us know as soon as possible. We’ll send a replacement or offer a full refund—no extra steps required.

Return shipping is free for defective or incorrect items. For other returns, a small restocking or return shipping fee may apply, depending on the product type and location.
